📋 School Rules & Procedures

The following procedures have been formulated for a smooth and harmonious cooperation between the school and our respectable parents. In case of any query please call the school office.

Attendance

  1. Regular attendance by every pupil at school is encouraged. A written application is required to be submitted to the school before any planned absence, or you can inform through Remind.
  2. Only leave applications signed by the parents/guardians will be acceptable.
  3. Parents are requested to inform the school immediately by telephone in case of illness or any other emergency. In case of an emergency during school hours, parents will be informed by phone.
  4. For leave of more than 7 days, parents are kindly requested to come in person to submit an application. Long absence directly affects the pupil's performance.
  5. Uninformed absence for more than 10 days will be liable to cancellation of admission. The child will be treated as a new admission and all admission dues must be paid again.

After School Child Collection

  1. Children must be collected not later than 30 minutes after the school pack-away time.
  2. Parents must inform the school if collection will be later than 30 minutes. This should not exceed 1 hour after school closing time.

Jewellery

No jewellery of any kind is permissible in school premises. Simple studs/earrings are allowed for girls only.

Health

Parents must inform the school immediately if the child is infected with a contagious or skin disease.

Petty Cash

Kindly refrain from giving petty cash to children as the school canteen facility does not currently exist. Staff have been instructed not to accept any cash from parents.

School Dues

School dues must be cleared within 10 days of receiving fee vouchers. Delay beyond the due date will incur late fee charges. Delay of one month or more will result in the student's name being struck off. Readmission will require payment of admission dues afresh.

School Leaving

Please inform the school office through a written application (hard copy) with at least one month's notice for the school leaving certificate. No dues will be refunded if the child has attended school for 5 days in any month.

Uniform

Students must wear proper school uniform throughout the week as per the schedule below:

Cleanliness

Kindly take care of your child's personal hygiene. Students must carry a hand sanitizer, hand towel and shoe shiner every day.

Miscellaneous

  • Kindly arrange to cover your child's notebooks and books, and write the child's name on them.
  • Please respond to messages sent on Remind within one day of receiving them.
  • Please ask for an appointment before coming to meet the teacher — at least one week in advance.

Celebrations

Birthday: Parents will be informed two days in advance of the celebration date. Please send to school: 1 cake, birthday caps, and balloons. Only classmates and their respective teachers will attend.

Special Occasions: Events like Term Ending, Eid Milan and others will be organised for students. Final venue will be communicated before each event.
